Our company, L&S Engineering and Surveying was founded by Christopher Stout, a professional civil engineer with 20 years of progressive and relevant design experience and Jeffrey Lorentz, a design engineer with 20 years of project management experience in site development. L&S has assembled a very diverse staff all of which are experienced with both the private and public sectors. Engineering performed by the staff encompasses civil engineering, land planning, construction management, land surveying, and infrastructure designs for commercial and residential developments. Our client list includes various cities, counties, the State of California and the federal government in addition to local business, developers and private land owners.
